ADVANCING LOGIC | STEP 2 - Strategic Planning & Administration
Matching the infrastructure elements to the Vision/Mission/Purpose of the Organization.
One on One Coaching, Mentoring and planning sessions with aspiring CEOs and Leaders Strategic Planning Sessions that are designed specifically for Sales & Marketing, Engineering & Data Center Professionals. Training includes analysis of business and market trends, utilization of metrics and relationship-building models for tactical sales, project delivery and work force deployment.
MARKETPLACE LOGIC | STEP 3 - Marketing Implementation
Matching the marketing strategy with the marketplace matrix... Marketing @ Marketplace
Create marketing and distribution channels to support business plans. This program takes the theories presented in previous module trainings, and prepares students to implement their marketing strategies "In The Field". Real-World results are examined and identification of areas for re-direction are recommended. Special emphasis is on instructing sales professionals and inspecting the vital linkages and dynamics between sales and marketing. Each eligible and successfully implemented Strategic Marketing Plan (SMP) may be nominated or endorsed as a "Candidate Organization" for enrollment in the PAC Alliances.

Determined Core Partners with Resolutions and Resources
Students may elect to participate in optional partnership programs designed to continue growth and stability for their organization and ours. Hybrid-Module Programs such as Workmanship Logic (e.g.. A career transition module created to support Military Service members and civilians changing careers) These and other programs are made available to help foster job growth and sustainability.
