Dr. Tim Oergel Paal, is a national and international vision facilitator, corporate counsel, and strategic planner.

Dr. Paal is the Founder & CEO of Leadership Logic Consulting. He has 25 years of senior corporate leadership and management experience – a lifetime of proven excellence with an exceptional record of results.

His educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree from Wayland Baptist University, in Occupational Education, United States Air Force Non-Commissioned Officer’s School, CEO Leadership Certification, Master’s Degree in Management, and Doctoral Degree in Marketing, Phoenix University O.T. and an Honorary ‘Emeritus” Doctoral Degree from the Board of Regents, of AATC University.

He has developed a burden and in-depth understanding of the challenges facing vital leaders – having worked in the military during the Persian Gulf War, and as a civilian in Bahrain in the Middle East. He also served in the C-Suite of several mission critical operations firms supporting Hyperscale/Enterprise level companies, such as Amazon/AWS, Microsoft, Google, and others.

Dr. Paal conceived multiple new business concepts, worked for and consulted with numerous fast-track, highly torqued corporations, such as Caterpillar, a recipient of CAT Stars award, USAF Commendation, and Gold Heart Awards for numerous civic volunteerisms.

In great demand as retained counsel to a wide range of companies, Dr. Paal conducts national and international leadership, management, methods and performance workshops – working with those with a powerful purpose and vision, equipping them to be all that they can be.
